I am still working on my site. I went to online chat. The responder said hello twice, how can I help you once and never came back. I am not disappointed. Stuff happens.
I had to speak with the service center to begin my account as it was after hours, they were pleasant and efficient. Also after hours I requested software be added to my site and it was done very quickly (within 10 minutes), I expected to wait a day. So far I’m very happy.
so far so good. only have had the service 48 hours. have called customer service 4-5 times just to get everything going. all calls taken in under a minute & everyone has been very helpful & nice.
I came across some problems, and contacted the technical support using the live chat they have. I was expecting a robot, or kinda automated reply system, but not, I found a real person who was clear and consist. So far, I am happy.
I am very satisfied with the support I have received. I have contacted support twice, once by phone the second by ticket submission. My issues were resolved quickly and the experience was pleasant.
